Michael Varghese
Michael serves as a hands-on senior technical consultant with more than 15 years of experience working with data analytics, software development, and business process improvement supporting both federal and commercial clients, ranging from intelligence agencies to healthcare service startups. When he’s not supporting clients, he also leads Aptin’s business development and growth initiatives.
Michael holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
Roberto Arnetoli
Roberto is a key member of Aptin’s technology consulting team, with over 25 years of international technology hands-on and management experience, both in the US and Europe.
He has covered significant roles in different enterprises (including Director of Big Data Engineering at Western Union, USA, and Senior Technology Manager at CapitalOne, UK). He has also been co-founder and/or CTO of various fintech startups (incl. CTO of Prosper, USA and Co-Founder and CTO of Credimi and of Fairfield Marketplace, both in Italy).
Roberto has experience in various areas, including the financial, medical, transportation and agricultural sectors.
Roberto has an MSc in Management Science and Statistics from the University of the West of England, a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Psychological Studies, a BSc in Interdisciplinary Studies and he has also followed INSEAD's International Executive Programme.
Loc Nguyen
Loc is an accomplished technology leader with over 34 years of experience driving innovation in cloud computing, enterprise infrastructure, and software development. He has been pivotal in modernizing tax and revenue systems for state and federal agencies, utilizing Agile methodologies and service-oriented architecture to deliver impactful solutions.
Loc excels in managing diverse global teams and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Oracle Cloud, and Microsoft Azure to enhance operational efficiency.
Loc holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Midland University and is a certified Scrum Master.
